This is a non-smoking property in all inside and outside areas.
Rates are based on occupancy by 2 adults only.
The Studio has 1 bed and can sleep a maximum 2 people.
The property is generally not suitable for children, however please contact us to discuss your
requirements.
Our rates may change without notice.
All bookings are to be pre-paid in full. We will provide payment details upon enquiry.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have a Strict Cancellation Policy.
50% of the tariff will be refunded if you cancel anytime upto fourteen days prior to the arrival date.
After that, no refund is available.
Please ensure you carry International/domestic travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.
We are not in a position to provide refunds other than as outlined, or credit your stay if you are unable to meet your booking date.
